Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving it the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (L / L / 1945) and the date (10/23/1441), which is condoned on the appendix letter No. (L, W / L / 1684) and date (8/8) / 1441), referred to in the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce No. (25735) and date (7/8/1441), regarding the necessary precautions to ensure that the "new Corona virus" does not transfer to the Kingdom and limit its spread, in which reference is made to the noble Supreme Order No. ( 47075) and the date (6/8/1441), referred to in the generous High Order No. (46009) dated (28/7/1441), regarding the movement of commercial freight in land ports, mechanisms for controlling commercial traffic, and the entry of cargo truck drivers to the Kingdom And those who pass through it to other countries (transit), and the generous and gracious approval of the recommendations of the committee concerned.
Noting that the Council received the letter of His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce for Business and Investment No. (18996) and the date (10/20/1441), which is based on the noble high order No. (56982) dated (10/19/1441), which includes the noble and kind approval of what was recommended The concerned committee has to confirm its previous recommendations, and the committee recommends at the request of neighboring countries that have joint land points with the Kingdom, and as an alternative to the options mentioned that the PCR examination is applied to truck drivers coming to the Kingdom and that the result is issued by a government health authority in the countries Neighboring, and that the result is negative for a sample taken within (24) hours of the driver's arrival at the port.
Therefore, the Council hopes that it is necessary to abide by what is contained in the order.
